CAIR Defeated - Kansas Enacts Historic American Laws For American Courts Legislation

May 30, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - On May 21, Kansas Governor Sam Brownback signed into law a piece of legislation entitled American Laws For American Courts [SB79[.

The vote was lopsided and extraordinarily bipartisan, 33-3 in the senate and a unanimous 120-0 in the house of representatives.

The bill was authored by Rep. Peggy Mast and modeled upon a framework - American Laws for American Courts, developed by the American Public Policy Alliance.

The intent of the legislation is simple, yet important, to protect the American system of jurisprudence against the intrusion of foreign/"international," often religious [read Shari'a] legal concepts and doctrines. Though a largely unrecognized phenomenon, these same foreign/religious elements have been incrementally wending their way into American court decisions for many years. A recent study commissioned by the Center for Security Policy has identified at least 50 such cases where exactly that has happened.

This landmark legislation was strongly opposed by the Council on American Islamic Relations [CAIR] a Muslim Brotherhood front group which [despite it having been named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the United States' largest prosecution of domestic funding on the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas - U.S. v. Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development] still holds great sway within leftwing circles, especially the activists at the ACLU.

Note: Federal District Court Judge Jorge Solis in a 2009 post prosecution decision arising out of the Holy Land case, was very clear in associating CAIR with Hamas, "The government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA, NAIT, with NAIT, the Islamic Association for Palestine, and with Hamas," U.S. District Court Judge Jorge Solis said in the July 1, 2009, ruling.." [source, The Investigative Project, Federal Dist. Court filing, http://www.investigativeproject.org/2340/federal-judge-agrees-cair-tied-to-hamas]. Hamas was created by the Muslim Brotherhood to destroy Israel through Islamic jihad.

Though CAIR claims that the new law discriminates against Muslims, a strict reading of the bill's legal text does not support such a charge. Rather it, in plain language, simply ensures that all Americans of whatever religious persuasion are treated equally and that the U.S. Constitution will remain the supreme law of the United States.

Keeping Shari'a principles from having any impact on the U.S. legal system is a serious matter, as Shari'a is entirely incompatible with Western forms of democratic governance.

Why Did President Obama Free Terrorist Musa Ali Daqduq?

By WILLIAM MAYER

May 29, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - Earlier this month, May 12 to be specific, an Iraqi court freed a known terrorist and Hezbollah commander, Ali Musa Daqduq from incarceration, declaring the evidence against him to be of insufficient stature to keep him behind bars.

Thus he became a free man, eager to return to the Islamic jihad.

Daqduq is not an Iraqi, but rather was born in Lebanon and was a citizen of that country at the time of his capture by American forces, whereupon he was placed in American custody.

The incident which led to Daqduq's apprehension took place in the Iraqi city of Karbala, the scene of some of the most brutal fighting of the war. President Bush's surge had been announced just 10 days previous in a televised national address. At the time Daqduq was leading a terrorist group calling itself Asaib Ahl al-Haq [AAH].

On January 20, 2007 Daqduq and his fellow insurgents wearing American uniforms and carrying forged identification [source, http://www.nytimes.com/2012/05/08/world/middleeast/in-case-that-has-vexed-americans-defendant-in-iraq-could-go-free.html] see] attacked an American position, killing one G.I. outright and capturing four others. Subsequently their bodies were dumped alongside a road, horrifically tortured at the hands of Daqduq and his thugs before being butchered by them.

The dark details of this incident were, to our knowledge never adequately reported by the MSM. There appeared to be no curiosity to scratch below the surface of this story - standard procedure when dealing with this administration.

The case did not have to be resolved in this unjust manner; it never should have been allowed to reach that point. Daqduq was only under Iraqi custody - rather than American - because of the actions taken by the Obama administration. As a result of Mr. Obama's incredibly poor judgment, Daqduq had been transferred from American custody into the hands of the inept and corrupt Iraqi justice system. This was done upon the withdrawal of American forces from the country, which took place in December 2011.

The administration has justified its actions by claiming that it had no choice in the matter because, the U.S. was required to do so under the provisions of the Status of Forces Agreement [SOFA] to deliver Daqduq to the Iraqis.[Full text of document available here, SOFA]

The problem with the administration's version of events is that it's not believable, the Status of Force Agreement only applies to Iraqis, not to foreign nationals.

The Daqduq case could have easily and legally been handled in a manner which would have resulted in him facing these serious charges under American jurisdiction. As a result he would have received the punishment which was his due and perhaps in a more important sense, this might also have provided an opportunity for some measure of closure for the families of these five brave warriors who gave their all. Clearly, Daqduq deserves to be sitting in GITMO, or another military detention center where he could be tried by a military commission.

Mr. Obama - likely taking into account the poor reception such an action would have had on his hard left financial backers and with an eye towards November - chose rather to set in motion a process which he certainly must have known in advance would eventually result in the release of Daqduq upon the American exit from Iraq.

Justifiably outraged by the handling of this matter, U.S. Representative Lt. Col [ret] Allen West recently drafted a letter to the President, demanding an explanation for his administration's outrageous behavior in this case. The letter can be viewed here Rep. Allen West's Letter to President Obama.

Previous to holding public office, Lt. Col. [ret] West served with great honor and devotion for 22 years in the U.S. military, including a combat deployment in Iraq and knows what he is talking about.

Below please view his appearance on Fox News.

In the letter sent on May 16, Mr. West stated, "Your Administration, instead of standing up for the Soldiers who perished at the hands of this terrorist, handed a senior Hezbollah operative responsible for the gruesome murder of at least five Americans to a "so-called" justice system that, with the facts so clearly showing him guilty, set him free."

Additionally West demanded, "Mr. President, due to the importance of this issue, the American people await your prompt and personal response to this letter. As the Commander-in-Chief, you owe them nothing less."

As of this writing there has been no response from the White House. We along with the rest of America await a full and complete explanation from Mr. Obama, though given his history and its current lockdown mode, we have little hope that this will ever happen.

Shocked and Amazed - DC Atwitter Over Egypt's Coming Muslim Brotherhood Government

May 28, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - The Hill is reporting widespread fear and deep concern among DC's foreign policy elite, including the WH and Congress over the direction the ongoing Egyptian elections are taking.

"U.S. leaders are deeply troubled by the possibility that the Islamist party could roll back religious and women's rights and break ties with Israel if it takes the presidency after winning almost half the seats in Parliament. But they're also wary of ending up on the wrong side of history as democratic upheaval upends the Middle East." [source, http://thehill.com/blogs/global-affairs/middle-east-north-africa/229663-us-faces-dilemma-as-muslim-brotherhood-takes-lead-in-egyptian-elections]

At the same time the U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is doubling down on stupid, still clinging to the idea that democracy with an Islamic flavor in any way equates to the governance enjoyed by the West - one democratically elected by a literate, liberal [in the classic sense], freedom loving people who empower their governments with only specified limited powers and though drawing inspiration from traditional Judeo-Christian principles yet manages to remain largely secular in nature.

"We look forward to working with Egypt's democratically elected government," Clinton said. "We will continue to stand with the Egyptian people as they work to seize the promise of last year's uprising and build a democracy that reflects their values and traditions, respects universal human rights, and meets their aspirations for dignity and a better life."

Pardon me, but isn't this the same administration whose leader has travelled the globe berating his own country as being deeply flawed, hegemonic and colonial in nature, while bowing and fawning to every tin-horn Muslim bigot and dictator in sight?

Isn't this the same Barack Obama who made his first major address on matters pertaining to the Muslim world, in Cairo at al-Azhar University, the institution which has trained Sunni radicals for a millennia, remains a Muslim Brotherhood stronghold and the doctrinal black hole from which al Qaeda was launched? Is this not the man who proclaimed in that dreadful apologia on June 6, 2009, "More recently, tension has been fed by colonialism that denied rights and opportunities to many Muslims, and a Cold War in which Muslim-majority countries were too often treated as proxies without regard to their own aspirations. Moreover, the sweeping change brought by modernity and globalization led many Muslims to view the West as hostile to the traditions of Islam. Violent extremists have exploited these tensions in a small but potent minority of Muslims." [source, White House Documents, http://www.whitehouse.gov/the_press_office/Remarks-by-the-President-at-Cairo-University-6-04-09/].

I'm sorry, but I am not buying this, because it was the administration of President Barack Hussein Obama who along with his court jester cohorts at the State Department [read Hillary Clinton and State's Arabists] almost singlehandedly destabilized the Middle East, pulling the rug out from under our long time ally, then Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak while mugging the only democracy in the ME, Israel, ignoring the soon-to-become nuclear Iran all capped by his crowning achievement - after the expending over 5,000 American servicemen, ignominiously surrendering to the jihadists in Iraq and now Afghanistan.

This is not a surprise, it's a natural consequence of a delusional man pushing his own grudge against America down the hungry throats of people all too eager to slit ours. Nope, Mr. Obama, you and your Quisling democrat party made this mess and it has as your father figure, Rev. Wright is fond of intoning, "come home to roost."

Scrape it off your shoes and deal with it.

Nightmare Scenario: Iran at Point of Going Nuclear

By WILLIAM MAYER

May 30, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - preceding text goes here.

Chris this is the short synopsis

Uranium is mined and then sent to the first processing plant where it's ground up and purified to remove as many substance as possible other than uranium . It is then called yellowcake.

The yellowcake is sent to another processing plant where it is further treated by adding hydrofluoric acid. This cycle produces uranium hexafluoride - UF6 - which is a solid at room temperature.

The UF6 is then sent to the centrifuge array. The product is placed in a depressurized chamber and heated. The UF6 sublimates into a gas.

The UF6 gas is then fed into the centrifuge array where it is spun at very rate of speed, over 100,000 rpm. This separates the gas, removing the impurities. What remains is uranium 235 - U235 - during this processing U238 is separated out because it is not fissionable.. U235 is the material required to make a nuclear bomb based upon nuclear fission [a hydrogen bomb requires a nuclear fusion reaction. Fusion is the process that sustains our sun.

Caveat: In order to make a weapon you need to be able to start and maintain a chain reaction within the U235. This requires a minimum amount, called the critical mass.

The first nuclear weapon ever used in warfare was dropped on the Japanese city of Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, the last year of World War II. The bomb was code named Little Boy and weighed nearly 10,000 lbs. It's destructive power was the roughly the equivalent 15 killotons of the conventional explosive TNT - about 33,000 tons.

The bomb was a crude device as judged by modern standards, because it was very inefficient, converting only small percentage of the critical mass into energy. Pointing to its crudity, the mechanism employed within the weapon consisted of two masses of U235, neither of which was critical though one was larger than the other. The smaller mass was fashioned as an artillery projectile and fired into the bigger mass through an artillery cannon barrel. The two combined to become sufficient in mass to sustain the transfer of matter into energy, the fission chain reaction.

Code following and sub for above:

Uranium is mined and sent to the first processing plant where it's ground up and purified to remove as many substances as possible other than uranium. This product is known as yellowcake. The yellowcake is sent to another processing plant where it is further treated by combining with hydrofluoric acid. This cycle produces Uranium Hexafluoride - UF6 - which is a solid at room temperature. The UF6 is then sent to the centrifuge array. The product is heated and the UF6 sublimates into gas.

The UF6 gas is fed into centrifuges where it is spun at speeds approaching 100,000 rpm. This results in the heavier Uranium 238 atoms collecting on the outside of the centrifuge wall while the lighter Uranium 235 atoms remain near the inside of the centrifuge where they are collected at a higher concentration. After processing through thousands of centrifuges both in series and parallel, what remains is a product with a much higher percentage of Uranium 235. To place this in perspective; commercial nuclear plants generally use an enrichment of U235 no greater than 5% while nuclear bombs are generally 90% or greater.

Its destructive power was roughly 15 killotons, equivalent to 15 thousand tons [33,000?] of the conventional explosive TNT.

The bomb was a crude device as judged by modern standards because it was very inefficient, converting only a small percentage of the critical mass into energy. Pointing to its crudity, the mechanism employed within the weapon consisted of two masses of enriched Uranium, neither of which was critical though one was larger than the other. The smaller mass was fashioned as a projectile and fired into the bigger mass through an artillery cannon barrel. The two combined to create an uncontrolled fission chain reaction.

===

Initial rough conclusion:

...At the most basic level, once Iran has such a weapon, regardless of its crudity or size [even a big cumbersome one like Little Boy, built with a 60+ year old level of technology, which could simply become the world's most deadly IED] the current international balance of power will forever be changed to the detriment of all nations not in league with Iran's Mullocracy and its allies. Such a drastic change will quickly destabilize the Middle East which is already a tinderbox soaked in napalm. Technologically dvanced ME nations will be forced to engage in an arms race that will dwarf that which preceded the last two global wars. That destabilization will undoubtedly quickly result in a worst scenario crisis - it will set a consortium of bad actors, Russia, China, Pakistan and Iran [possibly also N. Korea] against the United States, Western Europe and Israel.

The diplomatic skills to have even an iffy chance of negotiating around the resultant very real possibility of an international nuclear exchange are entirely absent from this administration. After three and a half years of observing the conduct of the United States' foreign policy, only a fool would believe that President Obama, his incompetent national security team including Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, would have what it takes to head off such an unprecedented crisis. This isn't something President Obama can "slow jam."

If Mr. Obama is sent packing as a result of the 2012 elections, the incoming team will face a unbelievably daunting task - even assuming that the new CIC can almost instantly assemble a team with the necessary skills and fortitude...

Iranian Theocracy Rejoicing Over "Softening" of the West in Nuke Negotiations

May 24, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - According to Iran's state run Fars news agency, the West has "softened," its position as a result of its engagement via multilateral talks with the G5 + 1 nations - the 5 permanent members of the U.N. Security Council the, United States, UK, France, Russia and China plus Germany. [see, West Softens Tone on Iran's Proposals, http://english.farsnews.com/newstext.php?nn=9102113385]

"Speaking to FNA after a joint press conference with EU foreign policy chief Catherin Ashton in Baghdad tonight, Jalili said, 'The stance of the G5+1 on Iran's proposed package softened after today's talks.'"

Aside from Iran's claim that the Western position had been weakened during negotiations, the talks broke up with little agreement between the participating nations.

Though all parties gave lip service to the notion that the process of "building trust" had begun, there was nothing of substance produced to substantiate such spin. The fact that the talks were even being held with Iran seemed more a sign of concession than an indication of progress. Thus the Islamic theocracy has at least established a basis [though weak] for its claim of Western weakening, giving the appearance that the Mullocracy had gained some leverage at the expense of the G5+1.

As has been standard practice when dealing with Iran, this latest effort ended - predictably - on a sour note, when G5 + 1 representatives brought the question of the Iranian nuclear program to the table. This seemed to provoke [feigned or real] alarm on the part of the Iranian team leaving the diplomats with nothing to show for the two day affair.

With Ayatollah Khamenei declaring - in the face of undeniable evidence to the contrary - that nuclear weapons are a "sin," [see, http://www.thenational.ae/news/world/middle-east/nuclear-weapons-are-a-sin-says-irans-ayatollah-ali-khamenei] how this process could move forward with any genuine hope for a break though remains unclear.

As in most things diplomatic, as long as the talking goes on, the individuals involved will happily remain "hopeful" despite "complications.", no matter their severity. With that in mind it does seem that Iran has scored a few points in this constant jockeying for position, while the real difficulty, Iran's rapidly approaching capacity to not only construct, but deliver nuclear weaponry, remains to be addressed.

This does have all the appearance of a cynical process undertaken entirely for the sake of public relations. It also demonstrates, that pretend negotiations will always yield pretend results.

Meanwhile Israel prepares for war as her former allies slowly drift away, ever chipping away at the Jewish state's moral authority to conduct military operations against a mortal threat. This putts forth the false impression that Iran is reasonable and willing to bargain away its version of the Holy Grail, when neither appears to be the case.

Did Obama Grab Drone Program from Military for Purely Political Reasons?

Will "General" Brennan Kill Key Military Technology?

May 23, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - John Brennan, the WH counter terror chief has, acting upon the request of Mr. Obama, seized command of the strategically essential military drone program. It's now fully under the control of the WH. From now until further notice, Mr. Brennan and his CIC will literally be calling the shots.

We see this not only as a dangerous development, further consolidating power within an administration that clearly has either little regard for allowing military actions to be dictated by on the ground field commanders or, far worse, is attempting to hamper this already proven technology with an eye towards winning the November election.

Through his various statements Mr. Brennan has proven himself utterly unfit for his new expanded role.

For example [there are dozens] Mr. Brennan in a 2010 speech he legitimized jihad, and suggested that Islamic terrorists are reasonably motivated:

"The president's top counterterrorism adviser on Wednesday called jihad a 'legitimate tenet of Islam," arguing that the term "jihadists" should not be used to describe America's enemies.

During a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, John Brennan described violent extremists as victims of "political, economic and social forces," but said that those plotting attacks on the United States should not be described in 'religious terms.'" [source, Fox News, Counterterror Adviser Defends Jihad as 'Legitimate Tenet of Islam'

We also perceive a troubling parallel in that this is precisely the same failed methodology which was adopted by the Lyndon Johnson administration during the Vietnam conflict. During which, Mr. Johnson along with his Sec. Def. Robert McNamara would, early every morning select the bombing missions and targets for the next day. Thus these two ran the war, as co-armchair commanders. Neither of these men had the necessary military experience to even contemplate such actions.

Mr. Johnson was, previous to his ascension to the presidency upon the wings of JFK's tragic assassination, a U.S. Senator who showed little interest in national security matters. McNamara came to his position as a former automotive executive.

The adoption of the Johnson/McNamara plan destroyed all chances of victory in the conflict, needlessly wasting 50,000 American servicemen, destroying an untold number of military families and hundreds of thousands of friendlies, who with tragic consequences, believed our many promises, but were tossed aside when it became expedient.

Hopefully this inexplicable move isn't simply being done for strictly political reasons, so Mr. Obama can claim personal credit for the next high level terror kill. That would be indefensible as well as being a sure sign that his campaign is in deep trouble. It would also make more clear major character and personality flaws which haunt this man and demand close scrutiny by the public. The president is sworn to protect and uphold the U.S. Constitution, not to game the system in a manner that directly increases the threat to the American public.

The Free Fire Zone

This web page will shortly be replaced by a full featured blog which will include the ability to post material to social media sites. It is our goal in this project to provide news and context relevant to national security in a more condensed format.

NOTE: This nation is involved in a war of existential proportion with a tremendously resourceful and fanatical Islamist enemy. Though this administration might wish otherwise, as we know the blood began flowing a long time ago and will not stop until those bent on destroying or subjugating the United States, along with the entire West, are destroyed. You are reading that correctly, we purposefully use that term. No quarter, no mercy only victory. It must become understood by all that this is a conflict for survival, if we have the will, we will triumph, if not, this republic along with Western Culture will perish...the flame of liberty extinguished by our lack of resolve.

Towards that end we - in the long tradition of PipeLineNews.org - are willing to incur hurt feelings, bruise egos and step on toes, whatever it takes as long as it is legal as well as ethical.

If you don't feel sufficiently motivated, you might consider moving on.

However if you consider yourself a true patriot, one who is cool, calm, of sufficient fortitude and moral purpose...one who viscerally understands that this nation is mankind's last great hope in staving off the 10th century barbarism which the Islamists have in mind for us, then welcome brothers and sisters, thank you for coming and please jump right in, collectively we need your help...

The Miserable Fate Of Many Women In The Muslim World

By EMERSON VERMAAT

May 22, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - Egyptian-American columnist Mona Eltahawy recently wrote a very courageous article in Foreign Policy. She discusses the fate of women in the Muslim world, asking a very simple question: "Why do they hate us?" "They" primarily refers to Muslim men and Muslim clerics. "The real war on women is in the Middle East," Eltahawy claims, and she is not exaggerating. The so-called Arab Spring did not improve women's lives and rights – on the contrary, it caused a backlash from conservative forces which insist on women wearing the Islamic veil and want to force them to abide by totalitarian Islamic or "Sharia" law. It has also implications for the ever growing number of Muslim immigrants in Europe and North America who favor the introduction of Sharia law and hate the West. Most of these immigrants are from the Middle East, Asia (notably from Pakistan and Afghanistan) and Africa (notably from Somalia, Eritrea, Nigeria, Mali and Chad). Many of them, too, believe in Sharia law which justifies polygamy and wife beating.

What is needed in the Muslim world is not just a political change – overthrowing dictators such as Khadaffi and Assad –, but also a thorough cultural and religious change. Or, as Eltahawy puts it, "Name me an Arab country, and I'll recite a litany of abuses fueled by a toxic mix of culture and religion that few seem willing or able to disentangle lest they blaspheme or offend. When more than 90 percent of ever-married women in Egypt – including my mother and all but one of her six sisters – have had their genitals cut in the name of modesty, then surely we must all blaspheme. When Egyptian women are subjected to humiliating 'virginity tests' merely for speaking out, it's no time for silence. When an article in the Egyptian criminal code says that if a women has been beaten by her husband 'with good intentions' no punitive damages can be obtained, then to hell with political correctness. And what, pray tell, are 'good intentions'?"

"Not a single Arab country ranks in the top 100 of the World Economic Forum's Global Gender Gap Report, putting the region as a whole solidly at the planet's rock bottom," Eltahawy writes. "Poor and rich, we all hate our women. Neighbors Saudi Arabia and Yemen, for instance, might be eons apart when it comes to GDP, but only four places separate them on the index, with the kingdom at 131 and Yemen coming in at 135 out of 135 countries. Morocco, often touted for its 'progressive' family law (a 2005 report by Western 'experts' called it 'an example for Muslim countries aiming to integrate into modern society'), ranks 129; according to Morocco's Ministry of Justice, 41,098 girls under age 18 were married there in 2001." There are "horrific news reports about 12-year old girls dying in childbirth" in Yemen. "Demonstrations in support of child marriage outstrip those against it, fueled by clerical declarations that opponents of state-sanctioned pedophilia are apostates because the prophet Mohammed (also spelt Muhammad, V.), according to them, married his second wife, Aisha, when she was a child."

Saudi family expert Ghazi Al-Shimari claims that "the prophet Muhammad married Aisha when she was six years old, but he had sex with her only when she was nine. At that point, she had become a young woman and could cope with it." "Here in Saudi Arabia, it is different from Syria, where a girl of 12 or 13 years is considered to be a woman, ready for marriage. The same goes for Yemen." "In warm climates girls grow up quickly, in contrast to a cold climate." "My mother got married at the age of 13, and I have aunts and relatives who got married at the age of 13."

For us in the West and in most civilized parts of the world having sex with minors is still and rightly being considered to be pedophilia and those who practice it are put on trial, if they are caught, at least. Even mistreating or locking up adult women is punishable by law. Thus, in Spain a Moroccan immigrant was convicted in June 2010 for having locked up his wife in his own house.

The problem of sexual harassment and rape

"From Morocco to Yemen, sexual harassment is endemic," Eltahawy writes.

"In a 2008 survey by the Egyptian center for Women's Rights, more than 80 percent of Egyptian women said they'd experienced sexual harassment and more than 60 percent of men admitted to harassing women."

In the same country, Christian Coptic girls and women are kidnapped, subsequently raped and then forced to convert to Islam, and the police fail to protect them. One of them was 27-year old Laila, a married woman with a three year old son. She was even tortured by her kidnappers. They brought her to a house where she met eight Coptic girls who were still minors and who were equally forced to become Muslims. Miraculously, Laila managed to escape. After she reported her abduction to the police, her kidnappers threatened to retaliate against her family. Some 1500 Coptic girls have been kidnapped between June 2011 and April 2012. This is often justified by the Islamists as being part of a holy war against unbelievers. Their victims could then be seen as so-called "war captives."

A well documented Wikipedia article on "Rape in Islam" claims that "this practice of raping war captives was implemented by Islams' very own prophet Muhammed, in his life. On two occasions, he married (for the sake of marriage only) war captives and raped them. Those victims were namely Safiyya and Juwairiyya. Safiyya the daughter of Huayy was the wife of a Jewish rabbi named Kinana. When Muhammed conquered the Jewish village of Khaibar, he tortured and killed the Jewish rabbi and grabbed his wife. Sahih Hadith in Bukhari testifies to this fact."

"Sahih Muslim, Chapter 29: Title: It is permissible to have sexual intercourse with a captive woman after she is purified of menses or delivery. In case she has a husband, her marriage is abrogated after she becomes captive."

"Women are your fields," the Koran says. Note the plural (women)! "Go then, into your fields whence you please." (Sura 2: 223). A more correct translation says: "Your wives are a tilth (cultivated land) for you, so go into your tilth when you like."

Sexual harassment and abuse are also a serious problem in North American, Australian and European cities where male Muslim immigrants all too often target Western women or Muslim women they regard as being "Westernized." There were reported cases of harassment or rape by Muslim immigrants in, for example, Sydney, New York, Minneapolis, Vancouver, Toronto, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Brussels, Antwerp, Paris, Grenoble, Lyon, Marseille, Vienna, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Rome, Milan, Athens, Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, Oslo, Copenhagen, London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow. Muslim extremists and rapists justify the so-called "sexual jihad" or gang rapes. (They practiced this numerous times in Algeria in the 1990s.)

A Muslim leader in Britain was quoted in the British Daily Mail. He warned that some British Pakistani men "think that white teenage girls are worthless and can be abused without a second thought." Recently, nine members from a Pakistani gang in Manchester were sentenced "for a total of 77 years for raping and abusing up to 47 girls – some as young as 13 – after plying them with alcohol and luring them to takeways." "The trial heard that the men – who are all from Pakistan, apart from one who is from Afghanistan – groomed and 'shared' the young whiter girls because they were vulnerable." The gang's ringleader branded judge Gerald Clifton a "racist b******," the Daily Mail reported. The 59-year old ringleader was jailed for 19 years. The judge "accused the gang of targeting white girls because they were not part of their community and religion," the Daily Mail reported. They had treated their victims "as though they were worthless and beyond all respect."

"With experts on pedophilia insisting street grooming by Muslim men was a real problem, the judge made it clear he believed religion was a factor." "Detective Inspector Michael Sanderson of Greater Manchester Police, was quoted in the Daily Mail as saying that none of the convicted men had ever shown 'the slightest bit of remorse.'" Detectives are hunting "for forty more (Asian) men who may have had sex with underage girls."

In East London, a fundamentalist Muslim named Sunny Islam raped four women at knifepoint "to punish them for being on the street at night," the British Daily Mail reported. One of his victims was a 15-year old girl. Another victim "was repeatedly punched in the face until she was bleeding and then tied up and raped twice." Sunny Islam was sentenced to a minimum of 11 years.

"Norway is suffering from an unprecedented wave of rapes that are largely perpetuated by Muslim immigrants against local women," an Israel blogger named Yehuda Bello reported. "Bello reports that from January to late October (2011), 48 rapes were confirmed to have been carried out in Oslo alone, 45 of them by Muslims." The Norwegian police reported in 2011 that "all assault rapes in Oslo in 2010 were perpetrated by Muslims." The police were then accused of "ethnic profiling." This is what liberal multiculturalists and the powerful immigration lobby in the West are doing all the time: they don't blame the perpetrators, but their victims.

CBN TV reported last year that the victims were primarily native non-Muslim women. "Some blonde Norwegian women have begun dying their hair black and many travel only in groups." CBN quoted an eloquent Norwegian woman named Kristin Spitznogle, a therapist who has counseled some of the rape victims. She said: "For them (the rapists, V.), I think the hijab (Islamic headscarf, V.) is a symbolic marker which separates the submissive proper Muslim woman from what they see as the 'Norwegian whores.' When I say 'whores,' I am really referring to their own words. This is what they told the journalists."

The Australian city of Sydney was plagued by gang rapes, and the perpetrators invariably were Muslim immigrants from Lebanon. Nine of them were convicted. One of the victims told her story to "60 Minutes." She told of how the attackers called her an 'Aussie pig,' asked her if 'Leb cock tasted better than Aussie cock' and explained to her that she would now be raped 'Leb style.'" She was "raped 25 times by a total of fourteen men in an ordeal that lasted six hours." Rapists used SMS and mobile phones, texting messages as "When you are feeling down… bash a Christian or Catholic and lift up."

Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik justified his terrorist attacks as having been part of a so-called crusade against multiculturalism and "Islamization." In no way can serious critics of multiculturalism be associated with such a man and his obnoxious ideas. Breivik is a plain terrorist who copied the methods of Al-Qaeda. Al-Qaeda also targeted and killed many minors.

Vocal critics of Islam such as Salman Rushdie, the late Dutch sociologist and politician Pim Fortuyn, Ayaan Hirsi Ali and Geert Wilders never justified the use of violence. Nowhere in Wilders' latest book "Marked for Death" do we find a call to kill Muslims just because they are Muslims. As Wilders correctly points out: "There is no better metaphor to illustrate the difference between a pen and an axe. We settle our arguments with the former; Islam uses the latter. It is a frightening metaphor in some ways, indicating that when we are attacked with axes, we only have pens with which to defend ourselves." There have been numerous calls by Muslim radicals to kill Geert Wilders, Salman Rushdi and Ayaan Hirsi Ali.

A significant increase of so-called "honor killings"

Not so few Muslim girls who showed a distinct preference for Western clothing and culture have been murdered by conservative male family members who proudly justified these evil killings as "acting in defense of our family's honor." Nonie Darwish who now lives in the United States writes: 'Decades ago when I lived in Egypt, we were all aware of the hush-hush topic of honor killing. The religious community was silent about it, and we always presumed that it was supported by religion since no religious leaders ever condemned it." "Cases of honor killing have always been ignored by the religious community and Sharia experts. It is only now that Muslims are showing some sensitivity about the topic because Western countries are becoming aware of and alarmed by incidents in their own backyard by Muslim immigrants."

Most honor crimes occur in the Middle East, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. There are numerous reports of fathers killing their own daughters. Between April and November 2008, there were 50 honor killings in Iran alone. One dramatic case involved a 14-year old girl named Saeedeh who was stoned to death by her father Mohammad. "Sharif told the authorities that when he found out about his 14 years old daughter's relationship with a boy, he took Saeedeh to the mountains around the city of Zahedan and killed her by stoning and then shooting four bullets at her."

Women in Pakistan and Afghanistan who are accused of disobeying their husbands or fathers are often mutilated, for example by throwing acid at them, usually at their faces and so seriously damaging their skin. Another terrible ordeal for poor and defenseless female victims is cutting their noses off. A 14-year old Afghan girl named Bibi Aisha was forced by her father to marry a Taliban commander. She later fled but was caught. Her husband then cut off her nose and her ears – in the presence of her father. She was then left to die, but rescued later. She traveled to the United States, with the help of the Afghan Human Rights organization Women for Afghan Women. Her mutilated face was on the cover of Time magazine (August 9, 2010).

Once these horrid crimes were confined to the Middle East and Asia, but later they were increasingly committed by Muslim immigrants who settled in Western countries in the 1970s and after. In January 2012, "an Afghan immigrant to Canada, his second wife and his son were convicted of the honor killings of his first wife and three daughters," UPI reported. "Mohammad Shafia, 59, Tooba Mohammad Yahya, 42, and Hamed Shafia were immediately given the mandatory life sentence with a minimum of 25 years without parole." "The apparent reason behind these cold-blooded shameful murders was that the four completely innocent victims offended your twisted notion of honor, a notion of honor that is founded upon the domination and control of women, a sick notion of honor that has absolutely no place in any civilized society," judge Robert Maranger said.

"Hundreds of young female immigrants are hiding from their families in Germany after fleeing oppression, physical violence and even death threats," the German weekly Der Spiegel reported in November 2011. "Charities and social workers help women get new identities and build independent lives for themselves, but the risk of revenge from honor-obsessed relatives remains."

A dramatic example was a 16-year old German-Afghan girl named Morsal Obeidi who lived in Germany. Her parents blamed her for adopting Western habits. They wanted her to marry a traditional Afghan man in Afghanistan. She did not comply with those wishes. Her brother Ahmad Sobair Obeida was then ordered to do something about it. "We knew that she had a boyfriend," Ahmad later lamely justified the killing of his sister, according to Der Spiegel. "But in our society, a girl just can't do that." With a knife he stabbed his younger sister to death near the Hamburg railway station on May 15, 2008. He was subsequently sentenced to life imprisonment. In court he called the prosecutor "a son of a bitch" ("Hurensohn") and after the verdict the same prosecutor received death threats. Immediately after verdict family members attacked journalists.

"Honor killings accelerated significantly in a 20-year period between 1989 and 2009," Phyllis Chesler writes in the Middle East Quarterly. "The worldwide average age of victims for the entire population is twenty-three. This is true for all geographical regions." "Honor killings are a family collaboration. Worldwide, two-thirds of the victims were killed by their families of origin. Murder by the family of origin was at its highest (72 percent) in the Muslim world and at its lowest in America (49 percent); European families of origin were involved almost as often as those in the Muslim world, possibly because so many are first- or second-generation immigrants and, therefore, still tightly bound to their native cultures."

Suicidal Political Grandstanding - Team Obama Intentionally Blows Agent[s] Cover In Al-Qaeda Operation

By WILLIAM MAYER

May 15, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - While the specific internals of the matter [an apparent high level infiltration of the Arabian Peninsula's al-Qaeda network, AQAP, by Western friendly intelligence] have [and probably will endlessly be] murky, one thing has become clear, "senior intelligence officials" anonymous of course to protect the guilty, intentionally leaked highly sensitive information to the press purely for political purpose thus placing this agent, or agents as the case may be, in extreme danger.

Those actually involved, on the ground, face a rather horrific fate if identified, or even suspected. They have variously been identified in differing media accounts as Saudis, Americans and/or possibly, Brits.

It is important to note that such a blossoming of contradictory accounts may in itself be a direct misinformation op, designed to intentionally cloud this extraordinarily serious breakdown in Western spy craft, hopefully staunching the bleeding and limiting the losses. Such lack of definition in this matter at this time is a very good thing - we do not need to know, period - we are at war.

What is troubling is not the operation itself, because penetrating al-Qaeda and other Islamist terror networks such as the Muslim Brotherhood and its American representatives [which this administration publicly pretends don't really present a threat] is not only of supreme importance so as to further disrupt their operations but it's an extraordinarily difficult, not to mention dangerous undertaking.

This is because these jihadist outfits operate on a highly elevated mafia model; not only must those allowed access to the inner core of the organizations be well known to its top level leadership, they are often chosen on the basis of kinship ties, a kind of tribal level seal of approval. By way of reference we can look to the Elashi family of Infocom and Holy Land Foundation infamy as evidence of such tactical incestuousness. [for further explication please refer to this 2006 DOJ presser, http://www.bis.doc.gov/news/2006/doj01_25_06.htm]

Close familial ties have carried a great deal of weight in such matters given the historical importance of patrimonialism throughout the Arab world.

The bottom line here is president Obama's character, or lack thereof.

In more normal times such a breach would seldom if ever occur and if it did and the leakers were identified, they would be facing charges of treason.

Below from a Fox News transcript regarding national security professional, KT MacFarland's take on the issue:

FNC Anchor, Martha Martha MacCallum: "KT you say this truly amounts to treason, this leak..."

KT McFarland: "Yeah...we need the guy on the inside, the tribal member...we have degraded our ability to gather intelligence and prosecute people in the future because of all these leaks, and for what end..I'm interested in saving American lives not getting votes in the next election." [source, http://video.foxnews.com/v/1638434732001/does-leak-of-foiled-al-qaeda-bomb-plot-amount-to-treason]

Kt McFarland has impressive national security credentials, including posts in the Nixon, Ford and Reagan admininistrations as well as having served as an aide to Dr. Henry Kissinger.

In the best of all possible worlds [certainly a lofty thought] if found guilty, such individuals deserve to be lined up against a wall and machine gunned.

Nothing close to that unfortunately will ever happen to these American traitors who are still serving within this administration, regardless, that is the best they deserve.

The only remedy now available after this really unfathomable breach of security by people who absolutely knew the risk and still took it to advance Team Obama's reelection bid is to remove Mr. Obama in November. He is the tip of the spear in this matter.

Though seeking retribution against previous administrations is an area which should be approached only upon the most urgent of exigencies, if at a future date these traitors can be identified, they should immediately face the harshest treatment allowed under American law, perhaps they should simply disappear.

This isn't a Columbia University lounge game, the West faces an existential threat which can be laid at the feet of Islamic fanatics as sanctified by Shari'a, and the fact that this administration is unable to even comprehend that fact is the most serious reason imaginable why Obama is unfit for any political office, let alone the presidency of the United States.

The only alternative explanation for such actions by the president entail a level of Machiavellian plotting so chilling it's difficult to even imagine in a 21st century American setting.

Fraying The Edges

By TOM FREDRIKSEN, PLN Culture Editor

May 15, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - We are all bombarded daily via print, radio and television concerning issues surrounding either the decay or ascendancy of American society - depending on your political bent.

There is nothing quite like an in-your-face experience to bring home the changes our society has, is, and will soon be facing.

It was hot here today. The first day over eighty degrees this year. I found myself walking my town doing weekly errands. You know the type, banking, post office, etc. For some reason my electronic dog collar began beeping, clicking and whirring to the point I knew it was unavoidable and must be dealt with and an inviting local watering hole gave me refuge from the street noise and bright sunshine.

Cute, tall, bright smile, friendly (of course the usual tattoos and piercings). Yes, I am describing the bartender. Twenty two and lovely. Being conscious that there was an owner responsible for keeping the lights on and mortgage paid, I ordered a small soda and returned to the electronics that required my attention.

After a couple of minutes I looked up and noticed a small soda with straw, neatly placed on a napkin. Slightly to my left.

Now I don't frequent bars, nor am I a stranger to them. The unmistakable taste of cheap bar bourbon washed it's way into me. Immediately calling the bartender over to discuss the matter, I was informed that that drink was for the gentleman using the restroom and she proceeded to pour my soda.

I informed her that I had taken a good sized gulp from the drink and she informed me that the other gentlemen was a regular and wouldn't mind. Strongly suggesting that she inform him, I was amazed as she shrugged it off and walked down the bar. Her rose scented hair swinging softly over her bare shoulder sporting a unicorn dancing in a meadow tattoo.

Of course the owner of the drink returned and began to enjoy his slightly used beverage.

I cringed...I left. No good could have come from the stink I was very capable of making.

The casualness of the situation is what I find of interest.

No matter the dive, (and I've seen my share) I honestly can't think of any situation growing up where the bartender wouldn't have immediately trashed the drink and replaced it. Even a bad bartender. This isn't a case of a "bad bartender" though. It is an example of the younger generation and the complete lack of common sense associated to it.

The product of dodge ball less feel good public schools, a parenting system that stresses individual feeling over responsibility, and a governmental entitlement mentality. It honestly never occurred to her that having paid for his beverage, he was entitled to a clean glass. Let alone having a stranger put it into his mouth.

It never will.

Every generation has the same conversations. It usually starts with "these kids today".

In the case of the current crop of future caretakers of our America, we truly do have a problem. The kids today have no sense of themselves as they relate to society. No obligation to community or country. They are one-worlders and bombarded as to the unfairness of it all.

They want what is perceived to be as theirs...and that is everything, for nothing.

These kids today...

Obama's Afghan Failure

May 11, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - As we have noted on these pages numerous times, Team Obama's decision to walk away from our commitment to Afghanistan has produced a bountiful harvest...of rotting fruit.

The U.S. invasion of Afghanistan, necessitated in order to take out al-Qaida's forward base of operations, came along with an implicit moral imperative, that we would not abandon the country to once again be ruled by a group of tenth century religious fanatics, the Taliban, who then harbored al-Qaeda jihadists while enforcing brutal Shari'a [Islamic law].

In politics, no policy, regardless of how forcefully it is stated or how frequently it's repeated should ever be considered set in stone and that certainly applies to Mr. Obama and his rapid abandonment of Afghanistan.

As with nearly every issue this president has "evolved" his positions according to political expedience.

For example, in a 2009 speech to the VFW national convention he clearly defined the goal of "his" Afghan policy, defeat of al-Qaeda and the Taliban, its host/enabler:

"We must never forget...This is not a war of choice. This is a war of necessity. Those who attacked America on 9/11 are plotting to do so again. If left unchecked, the Taliban insurgency will mean an even larger safe haven from which Al Qaeda would plot to kill more Americans. So this is not only a war worth fighting. This is fundamental to the defense of our people." [source, Sheryl Gay Stahlberg, Obama Defends Strategy In Afghanistan, NY Times, http://www.nytimes.com/2009/08/18/us/politics/18vets.html?_r=1]

This bravura performance was followed by a pretend "surge" in Afghanistan modeled upon Gen. Petraeus' successful campaign in Iraq. Though the left denied it, Gen. Petraeus' campaign literally grabbed victory from the jaws of defeat - until Mr. Obama decided to turn tail in the country, thus jettisoning the U.S.' hard fought gains.

Paradoxically, it was Obama's expressed intent then to employ the same surge tactics. The policy tack seemed odd at the time, since Mr. Obama and the entire leadership of the Democrat party, plainly and belligerently claimed that the surge had failed and that we had lost the war - who can forget Harry Reed's now infamously incorrect assertion regarding the surge - February 11, 2009:

"I believe myself that the secretary of state, secretary of defense and - you have to make your own decisions as to what the president knows - (know) this war is lost and the surge is not accomplishing anything as indicated by the extreme violence in Iraq yesterday.." [source, "Senator Reid On Iraq: "This War Is Lost" CBS News, http://www.cbsnews.com/2100-250_162-2709229.html]

Despite what one might think to be fatal complications - the outright rejection of an already successful proven methodology - Obama chose to at least give lip service to it in order to forestall the historically correct contention that the Democrat party was dangerously pacifistic when it came to matters of national security.

What followed the announcement of the Afghan surge is not pretty.

After months of dawdling faux deliberations, Obama denied the minimum troop request his hand-picked field commander had suggested, replacing it with a number deemed insufficient for the intended task. Additionally he established a new set of rules of engagement [ROI] which essentially defanged the American/NATO effort, wrapping any intended military action in so much red tape that active engagement with the enemy was nearly impossible.

The ROI themselves became a source of embarrassment and befuddlement to the commanders now charged with winning a war absent the tools which were necessary to accomplish it. To show how ridiculous the new ROI were, sentries posted at the gates of Bagram AFB were not allowed to even hamper Taliban spotters, who, equipped with mobile phones alerted their officers as to the size and strength of outgoing detachments because these jihadis were not armed, nor were they presenting a clear and present threat as it became redefined.

From that point onward this president's policies assured eventual defeat in Afghanistan and victory for the Taliban.

How could it be any other way? Team Obama had stated that he intended to start the big drawdown in Afghanistan calculated to commence just a few months before the 2012 U.S. presidential election. Now in total disarray, Obama and Hillary's State Department agreed to holding "secret" talks with the Taliban enemy in Qatar. The talks, apparently ongoing, have been accompanied by U.S. promises of freedom for certain high level Taliban terrorists, to be released from GITMO as a gesture of "goodwill."

Now this self-imposed death spiral is tightening considerably. Having signed a meaningless 12 year mutual aid pact with Hamid Karzai, the Afghans are now firmly in control and calling our shots. As a direct result of Obama's political calculus, the Afghan military leadership [such as it is] is now engaged in a policy of continually ratcheting up a set of restrictions placed upon U.S. operations. This has changed the nature of the American/NATO operation so much that it has in essence turned the allied forces into modern day Hessian mercenaries, we pay the bills and bury our dead while the Afghans play coy games, hoping to placate and/or fend off the Taliban until their eventual triumphant return after the American military is forced to slink out of the country.

We assume that Karzai, his drug king brother and the rest of his corrupt inner circle are now simply preparing the way for their own orderly retreat from their homeland - unknown quantities of American cash stashed in Swiss bank accounts at the ready - when the Taliban comes a' knockin', looking for bloody retribution.

These people know from personal experience how the Taliban operates when they are free to act with impunity, witness the treatment of former Afghan president, Mohammad Najibullah Ahmadzai, upon Russia's hasty exit. He was castrated, dragged through the streets of Kabul behind a truck then hanged from a lamp post.

Similarly brutal treatment can be expected at the hands of a victorious Taliban, especially for Afghanistan's newly emancipated women. The most distressing point is that this victory for worldwide Islamism will now carry the official seal of approval by Mr. Obama's White House.

That is going to be very hard to explain should this dangerous and foolish man be returned to power this coming fall.

Administration Mum On Iran's Public Meddling In Afghan Affairs

May 10, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - In an announcement published today by Iran's state controlled PressTV, the country's Islamic theocracy made clear in a very public manner that it finds Afghanistan's recently cobbled together strategic pact with the U.S. is unacceptable.

To impress upon Afghan officials the seriousness with which the Mullah's terrorist regime views this development, "Iran's Foreign Ministry has summoned Afghanistan's charge d'affaires in Tehran, Shah Mardanqol, to protest the recent Afghan media hype against the Iranian embassy in Kabul. The Afghan official was summoned to the ministry on Thursday to receive Iran's protest, IRNA reported.... " [source, http://www.presstv.ir/detail/240495.html]

The main area of contention, from Iran's point of view is the possible very-long term American military presence remaining in Afghanistan after Team Obama's scheduled summer pullout of the main body of U.S. forces.

By their complete silence on the matter administration officials are acquiescing to the increasingly bellicose tone coming out of Tehran regarding its hegemonic intentions for the entire region. Having written off U.S. strategic efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan as failed enterprises, Team Obama has thus materially strengthened Tehran's diplomatic hand at the worst possible time.

It's no wonder that with the U.S. now engaging the Taliban enemy in "peace" talks and its failure to even strongly criticize Iran's assertiveness, that American stature in the region has been seriously degraded. Such actions affirm the opinion that the U.S. under this regime is not-only an unreliable ally, but is acting directly against the interests of those whom it claims to be aiding, all with an eye towards the president's bid for a second term in November.

Muslim Brotherhood/Salafists Defy Egyptian Electoral Authority

May 8, 2012 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - Adding further evidence to what appears to be the inevitability of a Muslim Brotherhood dominated Shari'a [and anti-Semitic] based Egyptian government, on Monday the country's highest electoral court, the Supreme Presidential Election Commission [SPEC] went "on strike," in protest of what it perceives as unconstitutional tampering with the electoral system by the People's Assembly - a body dominated by the MB and Salafist parties.

Central to this controversy is Article 28 of the Egyptian constitution, which has declared SPEC decisions as not being subject to appeal.

As Egypt's AlAhram Online notes, "The People's Assembly (the lower house of parliament) has agreed to amend the presidential elections law in relation to Article 28, which grants the Supreme Presidential Electoral Commission (SPEC) immunity from appeal..." [source, http://english.ahram.org.eg/NewsContentP/1/41144/Egypt/Parliament-approves-amending-recently-approved-pre.aspx]

In a previously published piece relating to this controversy, it was stated that, "Ahmed Khairy, a party spokesperson, says the problem was instigated by the Islamists, especially the Muslim Brotherhood's political arm, the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), insinuating that the latter's MPs are misusing their authorities to serve the group's interests. "The Brotherhood and its political wing's endeavour to amend the elections law does not aim to serve the public interest," Khairy stated, before adding that: "This commission was formed in accordance with the constitutional declaration, which the Brotherhood promoted." [source, http://english.ahram.org.eg/NewsContent/36/122/41220/Presidential-elections-/Presidential-elections-news/SPEC-in-hot-water-for-halting-activities,-others-c.aspx]

Egypt's presidential election is slated for May 23-24. If no candidate wins a majority, then there will be a runoff election between the two top finishers. It is scheduled for June 21.
