October 1, 2019 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org – A Breitbart, Breitbart report [see, Common Funding Themes Link “Whistleblower” Complaint and Crowdstrike Firm Certifying DNC Russia “Hack” ] is linking a July article by the shadowy “investigative journalism” entity, the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) with the “whistleblower” complaint that has inflamed the sinister passions of DC’s Swamp People.
As is to be expected with matters pertaining to the Deep State, things are seldom what they appear to be and in this case even the content of the whistleblower document has been censored by most American media sources - sanitized via abbreviation of the text - removing the very footnotes that harbor curious linkages.
Camouflaged within the footers of this unnatural and overly legalistic “whistleblower” document [when was the last time you encountered the term inter alia, meaning “among other things,” in a non-legal document?] - we find that OCCRP is referenced four times:
Page 4 “In a report published by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) on 22 July, two associates of Mr. Giuliani reportedly traveled to Kyiv in May 2019, and met with Mr. Bakanov and another close Zelenskyy adviser, Mr. Serhiy Shefir.”
Page 5 “In May, Attorney General Barr announced that he was initiating a probe into the “origins” of the Russia investigation. According to the above-referenced OCCRP report (22 July), two associates of Mr. Giuliani claimed to be working with Ukrainian officials to uncover information that would become part of this inquiry. In an interview with Fox News on 8 August, Mr. Giuliani claimed that Mr. John Durham, whom Attorney General Barr designated to lead this probe, was “spending a lot of time in Europe” because he was “investigating Ukraine.” I do not know the extent to which, if at all, Mr. Giuliani is directly coordinating his efforts on Ukraine with Attorney General Barr or Mr. Durham.”
Page 6 “See, for example, the above-referenced articles in Bloomberg (16 May) and OCCRP (22 July).”
Page 6 “I do not know whether these associates of Mr. Giuliani were the same individuals named in the 22 July report by OCCRP, referenced above.”
Of additional interest here is the matter of timing; the seminal OCCRP article [Meet the Florida Duo Helping Giuliani Investigate for Trump in Ukraine ] having been published July 22 with the OIG complaint conveniently following just three weeks later on August 14. Then after 6 weeks of planning, scheming, and weaponizing by Congressional Democrats and their useful idiots, it was loosed with the intent of it serving as the kill-switch to destroy the Trump presidency.
Now we direct the reader’s attention to the organizations that fund the OCCRP.
Below pulled from the group’s website we find the usual suspects whose sole purpose is to threaten and undermine the foundational elements of Western representative democracies:
“[the] OCCRP is supported by the generosity of the Bay and Paul Foundation, the Catherine Hawkins Foundation, the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), Google, IJ4EU, the International Center for Journalists, Luminate/Omidyar Network, the National Endowment for Democracy, the Open Society Foundations, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, the Sigrid Rausing Trust, the Skoll Foundation, the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), the United Kingdom Foreign and Commonwealth Office, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the U.S. State Department Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL).
Yes you are reading that correctly, surprise, surprise, the U.S. Department of State is helping to legitimize and push anti-American bilge across the globe, influencing millions who have no idea what a cesspool the DEEP STATE hangout the State Department continues to be, and worse, with whom it has chosen to partner.
Unmentioned in the footnotes referencing OCCRP is the august group it partnered with - a drum roll please - BuzzFeed, yes the very same failing fake news organization that earned its lefty street-cred as the first publisher of the infamous and fraudulent Steele dossier.
“…a joint investigation by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) and BuzzFeed News…” [source, OCCRP website ]
So again we see the tendrils of circular reporting here, with bespoke media content designed to lend undeserved legitimacy to baseless charges. So it’s not coincidental that Buzzfeed’s grubby hands are all over this second feeble accusation which was purposed to overturn the results of the 2016 election, disenfranchising 63 million American voters.
George Soros and the many tentacle of his Open Society Foundation [OSF] have been intensely involved in funding media operations understanding that he who controls the lexicon controls the narrative and he who controls the narrative shapes the culture in innumerable ways.
Predictably Soros/OSF is an old hand when it comes to building media empires:
“…As early as 1994, that empire included ''40 independent radio and television stations and publications'' just in Eastern Europe, according to the March 10, 1994 Jerusalem Report…”
Soros’ reach and influence are enormous:
“…Now, Soros underwrites journalists, blogs, books, news outlets, TV and radio stations, online operations, start-ups and investigative journalism. The list of media outlets that Soros has helped support reads like a Who's Who of the left. From 2003 to 2009, OSI gave $52 million to roughly 180 media organizations, including the National Federation of Community Broadcasters and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists…”
“…In fact, Soros funds nearly every major left-wing media source in the United States. Forty-five of those are financed through his support of the Media Consortium. That organization ''is a network of the country's leading, progressive, independent media outlets.'' The list is predictable - everything from Alternet to the Young Turks, who have since lost their MSNBC show….” [source, George Soros, Media Mogul]
Taken as a whole, the reportedly fatal “whistleblower” filing should be seen simply as a continuation of the ruinous defamation of a sitting president that started well before Mr. Trump was elected, but kicked into high gear with the ridiculously salacious, Russian sourced Steel dossier.
The intricate nature of these broadsides against the Constitution are the result of careful planning and coordination. It is absolute fact that high profile reporters and the news organizations that employ them, actively work with the Democrat party, its affiliates, partners and friends to concoct hit pieces after an official narrative has been arrived at.
As this author wrote in an earlier piece:
“…it is dangerous to hastily be blindered into taking actions based upon defective perceptions which can only result in faulty analysis. This is especially true when “solutions” are driven by an hysterical press speaking with a single voice - an obvious sign that a common narrative has been arrived at using the model of Ezra Klein’s infamous journolist …”
For clarification the journolist was a by-invitation-only group of over 400 writers, legislative staffers, researchers and academics who pooled intellectual resources to shape news coverage, so judging from the very shape of it the “whistleblower” canard was arrived at in a similar fashion.
The media is not simply “liberal” or even left-leaning, it is undeniably a highly coordinated propaganda machine dedicated to pursuing the central Marxist proposition of class warfare.
Nadler’s impeachment kill-switch
On the public side of Jerry’s circus, the attempted coup appears to have been greatly aided by NGOs, specifically the Brookings Institute, two of whose fellows [Norman Eisen and Barry Berke] are on loan to Nadler’s Judiciary Committee from where they will presumably continue to coordinate black-ops for the “Masters of the Universe.”
A brief timeline:
May 9, 2017 - Comey fired
May 17, 2017 - Mueller appointed
May 18, 2017 – Ben Wittes - What Jim Comey Told Me
May 18, 2017 – New York Times piece relying upon Wittes
“Mr. Wittes said he never intended to publicly discuss his conversations with Mr. Comey. But after The New York Times reported earlier this month that shortly after his inauguration Mr. Trump asked Mr. Comey for a loyalty pledge , Mr. Wittes said he saw Mr. Trump’s behavior in a “more menacing light” and decided to speak out.”
June 2, 2017 – Lawfare article first suggesting §1512 Does and FBI Investigation Qualify Under Obstruction of Justice Standards - Hellen Klein Murillo, Benjamin Wittes
“In sum, it’s possible that §1512 is the more appropriate statutory provision. It also happens to be easier to prove because it doesn’t require a “pending” proceeding (though the defendant must have contemplated the existence of some future proceeding in order to intend to obstruct it). But as Julie O’Sullivan highlights, the state of the law is a mess - predictably only in the vast array of conduct it could potentially sweep up.”
Oct. 10, 2017 - Brookings publish - Barry H. Burke, Noah Bookbinder
“Finally, George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley has argued that President Trump’s comments to Comey on February 14 do not establish a prima facie case for obstruction of justice, and it “would be a highly dangerous interpretation to allow obstruction charges at this stage.” According to Turley, if prosecutors could “charge people at the investigation stage of cases, a wide array of comments or conduct could be criminalized.”
But Turley fails to recognize that prosecutors already have the unambiguous power to bring charges for obstructive acts during the investigation stage. Section 1512 is specifically designed to capture obstructive acts that occur before a proceeding has been initiated.Charges relating to interference with federal investigators are already very common under 18 U.S.C. § 1001. Finally, Turley’s fear of a slippery slope is unpersuasive—President Trump’s obstructive acts are not limited to the February 14 meeting, and the president’s unique power to stymie an investigation allays any realistic concerns that ordinary citizens will be charged for making statements similar to those made by President Trump to Director Comey.”
Not sure why the authors would include Turley’s commentary since it blows their dangerous suggestion out of the water; the only reason they like 18 U.S.C. § 1512 is that it is so overbroad that it gives a prosecutor almost limitless power.
March 2018 - Boycott the GOP – mindless partisan douche Ben Wittes. The Atlantic
Oct 17, 2016 - Ben Wittes - Coalition of All Democratic Forces I.
“Right now, at least in my view, no foreign actor threatens that survival even a tenth as much as does the public fracturing we are currently experiencing domestically. No damage ISIS threatens worries me as much as does the flirtation of large swaths of our population with a frankly undemocratic movement that organizes itself as a cult of personality and trades openly in lies and delegitimizations of our institutions and elections and almost as openly in racism, xenophobia, and threats of violence.”
October 18, 2016 - Coalition...Part II. “ A Government of National Unity ”
“And we are in a crisis, the depths of which even a Clinton landslide victory will not mask. If she wins this election, Clinton needs to try to keep the democratic coalition that defeated Trump together as long as possible. And the coalition, however much elements of it may detest her, cannot simply adopt a policy of biting at her ankles.
Clinton, in other words, needs to be willing to fundamentally reorient her presidency to do address the crisis, and conservatives wise and moral enough to have opposed Trump should help her do so.”
October 24, 2016 - Coalition...Part III. A Coalition of All Democratic Forces, What if Trump Wins ?
Ben Wittes uses the “insurance policy” phrase only two months after the Strzok-Paige interchange [August 15, 2016] even though the contents were not publicly released until December 13, 2017
“This is why I keep life insurance, even though I have a much lower than seven percent chance of dying this year. And while I don’t think I have a 16 percent chance of major medical expenses either, I still maintain a health insurance policy, as do other healthy people who know what’s good for them. Responsible people plan for disasters of this likelihood; and while the Sunday shows yesterday were full of talk of whether the presidential race is over, a major party candidate for president always has a chance of prevailing. Always. So our democracy needs a health insurance policy. Indeed, it’s not enough to imagine how the Coalition of All Democratic Forces , which I posited last Monday, might respond to a Clinton victory , a subject which I discussed discussed on Tuesday.”
Page-Strzok exchange :
“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office — that there’s no way [Trump] gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk,” FBI counterintelligence official Peter Strzok wrote in a cryptic text message to Lisa Page, an FBI lawyer and his mistress. “It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40,” Strzok wrote in the text, dated August 15, 2016.
June 8, 2018 – Barr, while still in private practice at Kirkland and Ellis sends guidance re USC 18 § 1512(c)(2) to DAG Rosenstein noting its inappropriateness and the likely dangers to the institution itself if it comes to be used against the Executive Branch and conduct of administrative law generally.
November 7, 2018 - Sessions fired
December 7, 2018 - Barr nominated
February 12, 2019 - Authors - Norman Eisen and Barry Berke hired by Nadler, announcement
“Washington, D.C. – Today, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) announced that Barry H. Berke, Esq., and Ambassador (ret.) Norman L. Eisen, Esq. have been retained on a consulting basis as special oversight counsels to the Majority Staff, advising the Committee’s Oversight Counsel team on a range of issues. In their role, Mr. Berke and Ambassador (ret.) Eisen will consult on oversight matters related to the Department of Justice, including the Department’s review of Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation, and other oversight and policy issues within the Committee’s jurisdiction.”
Norman Eisen, partisan hack, Obamunista:
“From 2007 to 2009, Eisen was active in the presidential campaign of his law school classmate Barack Obama before joining the transition team of then-President-elect Obama as deputy counsel. On January 20, 2009, Obama named him Special Counsel for Ethics and Government Reform in the White House - Wiki .
Barry H. Berke, Partner Kramer Levin hopelessly conflicted, apparently still working at Kramer while “consulting” Nadler at 125k a year, just under the limit where he would be classified as Sr. Staff and required to make financial disclosure.
Letter from Rep Doug Collins - [R-GA] to Kramer Levin suggesting possible conflict of interest - Neveloff, Jordan Rosenbaum and Jeffrey Braun’s Kramer biographies scrubbed of references to work for Trump Org.Collins Committee Staff (202) 225-6906.

“Donald Trump and The Trump Organization have also been clients for more than 25 years in innumerable real estate matters, including Trump Tower, 40 Wall Street, Trump Palace, Trump International in New York and Chicago, the GM Building, the Plaza Hotel, and numerous other matters.”
From Trump Org, via CNN . “On Tuesday, the Trump Organization called Kramer Levin's claims "false, as the many press releases issued by Kramer Levin concerning their work for us (to say nothing of the invoices we have paid) attest. The firm's work for us is in no way pro-forma or 'ministerial.' It arises from a thirty-year relationship rooted in complex real estate matters."
April 18, 2019 - Mueller report released...
July 24, 2019 - report effectively closed
This is the dirty truth about how impeachment sausage is made, it’s not a pleasant tale but…you can take it to the bank.
