July 23, 2015 – San Francisco, CA – PipeLineNews.org – Last evening upwards of ten-thousand concerned American citizens took to the streets of New York City to hold a massive anti-Iran rally.
The boisterous crowd was protesting the recently concluded agreement between the P5+1 countries and the Ayatollocracy and was primarily directed at Marxist New York Senator Schumer and his Congressional cohorts, whose mumble mouth “support” of Israel is now on the line given a looming vote over the deal.
As the Washington Post reports:
“Groups lobbying against the deal are zeroing in on Democrats like New York Sen. Charles Schumer, as well as Sens. Chris Coons (D-Del.), Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and Ben Cardin (D-Md.). They’re also focused on Reps. Steny Hoyer (D-MD), Brad Sherman (D-Calif.), Ted Lieu (D-Calif.), Grace Meng (D-N.Y.), Juan Vargas (D-Calif.) and Ted Deutch (D-Fla.).”
The issue advocacy website – No Bomb For Iran – crystallized the reasons why this treaty/not-a-treaty [as per standard MO, this administration is playing political games with the definition of the word “treaty”] should be rejected as being:
Searching for news about the public rage being expressed in the center of the world’s media capital regarding the threat posed by a nuclear Iran, is largely unproductive in that though some members of the legacy MSM are carrying journo on the event, it’s almost entirely a boilerplate recitation of the single AP story we could locate.
“The most dangerous deal in history...this deal gives Iran a nuclear bomb. And Iran is the world’s biggest sponsor of terror...The deal’s other details are...terrifying:
Iran is free to continue sponsoring terror groups.
No nuclear infrastructure will be dismantled.
Verification is impossible since Iran is not forced to open military sites for anytime, anywhere inspections
Sanctions relief will give Iran tens of billions of dollars to spend on terror”
True to form, there’s by no means the level of media interest and deference which would be shown had those in the streets been 10 or 20 socialist vegans protesting the cost of tofu.
