ISNA - Co-Conspirator In Hamas Terror Trial Participates In TSA's Community Program

September 29, 2009 - San Francisco, CA - - The Islamic Society of North America [ISNA] recently participated in the 8th Annual Coalition Meeting of the Transportation and Security Administration.

The Islamist group was named by Federal prosecutors as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation Hamas funding trial. ISNA is the largest Saudi funded da'wa [Muslim proselytization] organization in North America and the group's head, Dr. Ingrid Mattson and its director of communications and community outreach, Mohammed Elsanousi attended the meeting.

According to counter terrorism expert Steve Emerson, ISNA is closely linked to the Egyptian terror group the Muslim Brotherhood, "The organization is included among unindicted co-conspirators in the Hamas-support prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development. ISNA board member Jamal Badawi also was named as an unindicted co-conspirator, listed among people who raised money for the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF), which then funneled money to charities controlled by Hamas."
