Is Denver Burning? - Hillary Must Stay In Race To Ensure Destruction Of Obama

April 26, 2008 - San Francisco, CA - PipeLineNews.org - No one with the combined political acumen of the Clintons could possibly believe at this point that Hillary has any chance of capturing the Democrat nomination. There is no way of that happening, even assuming that the Clinton's intend to pull out the long knives at the nominating convention.
In politics inertia is key and the one verifiable, Newtonian certainty about the Obama campaign is that it's all going his way. That ship is not going to be turned around.
In order for Obama to lose the nomination it would have to be taken from him, stolen not won and given the indications that Reid, Pelosi and Howard Dean are gearing up to take even more of a role to "resolve" the Obama/Clinton deadlock, Obama is inevitable.
Since the start of the primaries, political power has shifted away from the Clintons who can talk a reasonably good centrist game when need be and towards Obama who is internally and externally proscribed from doing that. As a result Hillary, despite her own leftist record, is entirely too moderate for the MoveOn types to accept, ditto the entire 527 oriented consortium of groups, primarily funded by George Soros, which had been originally created for the expressed purpose of aiding a Clinton candidacy; they have simply jumped ship to a candidate they feel is more authentically anti-American and authoritarian.
The Democrat party of 2008 is arguably the most collectivist in history, the soft leftism of George McGovern notwithstanding.
If you think Hillary can prevail in the nominating process ask yourself what power does she actually have in this party?
Very little, she has no money, despite the one time mini-flood which occurred after her near 10 point win in Pennsylvania. She has her husband, a potent but waning political force. She is surrounded by a coterie of girly-men - excepting Jimmy Carville - sycophant advisors such as Paul Begala who are at best yesterday's news and they are stuck with an unwinnable proposition.
Thus they ain't got game.
The reality is that the Democrat party is now the subsidiary of MoveOn, International ANSWER and the Hollywood left. Obama is their guy and they will never, ever accept Hillary even as VP, that is not going to happen.
Ever.
Let's run through a scenario:
Hillary manages to steal the nomination from Obama, what happens?
If you think Chicago 1968 was bad then the prospect of what could happen in Denver is truly frightening. Picture a million people in the street with bombs going off and the central downtown business area burned to the ground.
Denver is a very liberal city, ala San Francisco and Seattle there is nowhere near the political will, nor is there sufficient police power to stop committed rioters.
You think I'm kidding?
Get real, the potential is there because Obama's natural shock troops, something that has not been discussed anywhere in the MSM that we can find, consist of the same crazies that have caused so much trouble at various anti-globalization demonstrations around the world.
It's therefore an international force.
Hell, when taken as a whole the nutcase hard lefties are the least dangerous people in that universe. The anarchists, and trust me, thousands of them could be mobilized from the Western United States, will constitute the SS divisions in this pro-Obama army. These folks live to cause trouble and are totally unpredictable and uncontrollable.
Though it is a passing memory now, during the heyday of the anti-Iraq war movement getting a million bodies in the streets was not difficult, with their grip on political power on the line in the most powerful country in the world they would be buying one way tickets to Colorado, with much of the coordination coming out of that state's radicalized university system, wherein the ilk of Ward Churchill have propagated like schitzoid rabbits. These players would be assisted by a whole pantheon of outside agitators, such as the twin domestic terrorists Bill Ayers [a "Distinguished" Professor of Education at Illinois University] and his wife Bernadine Dohrn [Clinical Associate Professor of Law and Director and founder of the Children and Family Justice Center, at Northwestern University] and their brethren who are liberally sprinkled across the nation's universities.
This is the caliber of people who have been conference calling Reid and Pelosi and until fairly recently even Hillary, until she realized that they would not support her and told them to go have sex with themselves.
Reid and Pelosi's staffers continue to take these calls because they understand that the hard left are their masters and showing the required degree of obeisance is mandatory as a condition of support and future funding.
This army would be supplemented with goodness knows how many Black supporters of Obama, outraged that their guy had been screwed to the wall by the Clintons.
This is a prescription for pandemonium.
Bill and Hillary know this, so what is their strategy if they absolutely know that she will never be nominated?
If they are smart, and they are, it's easy, they wreck the party - a plan as brilliant in its simplicity as it is in its Machiavlelianism, and one which incidently, seamlessly meshes with Rush Limbaugh's "Operation Chaos." The two are natural allies, the strangest of political bedfellows, hope Hillary likes Rush's "75" setting on his Select Comfort™ mattress.
Heh, heh, heh...she stays in the race as long as possible, the heat rising from Denver would mirror the white smoke emanating from St. Peters upon the election of a new Pope.
This will leave the party so mangled that Democrats will not only will fail to win the presidency but will only make marginal gains in Congressional seats.
The Clintons can then hang this defeat around the neck of Obama and the leftists, who will be so weakened and marginalized that the party will have to at least give lip-service to moderating itself. Hillary, the vanquished will become, early on the evening of November 4, the victorious, and the titular head of the reformulated Democrat party.
She will then be free to cut deals with the notoriously double-crossing Senator McCain and thus emerge as the "healing candidate" in 2012, perhaps even with McCain's blessings.
